West Somerset Catholic ParishesDulverton, and Minehead with Watchet
Welcome to our web site.
Welcome to our Web site. Thank you for looking at the web site that serves the two Catholic Parishes of West Somerset, Sacred Heart Minehead and St. Stanislaus at Dulverton. We are still affected by the need to take great care because of the COVID Pandemic. We are following the rules which the Government sets out and specific guidance from the Bishop and the Catholic Bishops Conference. There are notices at each church to guide you. We aim to be careful, respecting each other and therefore looking after our community. Our services and other activities are shown in the weekly bulletin and further information is usually available in our Parish Magazine.
For the time being the obligation to attend Sunday and Holyday Mass is suspended so please feel welcome to attend whichever Mass you wish but please note we shall be limited by the size of our churches, the need for distancing between non-family groups and any other regulations which may arise. Please only attend if you are feeling well and do not have any symptoms related to COVID. If in doubt use a test.
We are not requiring booking in advance but are still taking a list at the church door. Thank you for your help in this matter. Please do enjoy your visit to our parishes and please keep safe.
God bless you.
Michael J Thomas (Parish Priest, Minehead & Dulverton)
